The Cleaning Process.

First and foremost, we lay down protective matting to safeguard your flooring. We inspect the oven for any obvious faults in and around the element and identify any missing or damaged parts (for which we can quote you an estimate price for replacement.) We’ll then strip your oven of any removable parts such as doors, racks, interior fans, trays and grill pans, the majority of which are placed in our purpose-built dip tank for an hour or so. The tank is primed with solution which will remove any carbon deposits welded onto your racks, trays and grill pans. Even to this day we still get excited at the dip tank transformations!

Whilst the removable parts are taking a bath in the tank, we will be working on the oven interior, removing any rubber seals and side panels in order to clean out the deepest recesses of your oven! We then apply a non-caustic degreaser to your oven which helps bring it back to a showroom condition without the potential residue of a caustic chemical. We do however carry industrial strength cleaners for the toughest of jobs to ensure we get the best results for your oven.

After a thorough clean, the removable parts of your oven are reinstalled.
We then clean the glass which involves splitting the door where possible to get those sneaky run marks. The racks are then all reassembled. Finally, the oven is turned on and wiped down to burn away any cleaner (odourless). Job done and one new shiny oven!
